RIIA Rules

RIIA is given for QSO/SWL with Russian Internal Islands radio-stations: (INTERNAL means - the islands have to be located on the rivers, lakes, reservoirs of Russia, BUT not to be a part of islands, valid for RRA (Russian Robinson Award).

There are classes of award are available:
• 3 class: 10 Ref/20 QSL;
• 2 class: 25 Ref/50 QSL;
• 1 class: 50 Ref/100 islands;
• RIIA Honor Roll: 100 Ref./150 QSL;

Repeated QSO/SWL with the same Reference are not allowed.
There are no band/mode/time restrictions.
All QSOs/SWLs must be done from the same DXCC Country.
The QSOs/SWLs counts since 01.07.2003.

The "originals" of QSLs are required for RIIA Honor Roll. The application must be based on the received QSL cards photocopies of which (both sides) must be sent along with the application. Sending scans of the QSL cards to the manager by e-mail (or by post) is also possible. The Award manager reserves the right to request any specific cards to satisfy any doubt whatsoever.

The fee
• The fee for each class of certificate is 10 IRC or 5 EURO.
• The Plaque - Honour Roll fee - 40 USD. (a metal based board, weight - 0,6 kg)
